Polyester Cloth Squares are designed to fit seamlessly into nonmetallic or brass two-part frames. Each 10-inch square features a circular area of resilient material embedded in the mesh, ensuring a secure seal with the frame.

The polyester material is highly durable, resisting abrasion, acids, and most alkalis with a pH up to 9-10, while offering excellent wet stability. For mesh sizes ranging from No. 100 to No. 230 (150 to 63µm), the resilient material is not required.

The 10-inch, No. 120 (125µm) Polyester Square is specifically designed for use with nonmetallic or brass frames. It includes a built-in gasket made from tough, resilient material to ensure a reliable seal. The mesh opening sizes align with ASTM E11 standards, though they may not meet specific tolerance requirements.

Polyester's versatility makes it ideal for a wide range of applications, providing durability and chemical resistance while maintaining stability in wet conditions.

Please note: Polyester and Nylon mesh sizes ranging from No. 100 to No. 230 (150 to 63µm) do not require or come with circular resilient material.
