Heavy Duty Column Forms for Concrete: Steel Forming, 78in Dia X 1ft
Deslauriers Heavy Duty Steel Column forms produce a very smooth, hard surface with minimal voids and few indistinct seams. Column forms are galvanized constant radius steel half round sections and quarter round sections (for column forms over 48” in diameter) bolted into units for crane handling on the job site.
Vertical and horizontal seams, opened and closed with each pour, are bolted with high speed bolts for fast set and strip.
Custom diameters and lengths are also available. Fast-Tube™ is available in 100’ lengths for smaller diameters and 50’ for larger diameters.
Lateral pressure should not exceed 3000 PSF on column forms through 36” diameter or 2000 PSF on Column Forms
Built-in 1-1/2” lifting holes on most 4ft and 8ft column forms. Lifting design of 4000 pound per hole or 8000 pounds assembled. Deslauriers recommends using lifting spreader bar for lifting all column forms.
