This high-precision instrument utilizes a platinum resistance temperature detector (RTD) probe, which is renowned for providing superior accuracy and long-term stability across a wide temperature range. The large, backlit LCD screen clearly displays readings in either Celsius (°C) or Fahrenheit (°F), and includes functions for showing Maximum, Minimum, and Average (AVG) values, making it easy to track temperature fluctuations over time.

A key feature of this thermometer is its powerful datalogging capability. It can automatically record and store up to 16,000 data points, each with a date and time stamp. This data can be effortlessly downloaded to a computer using the included USB cable and user-friendly software, allowing for in-depth analysis, graphing, and reporting.
