Quartermaster Asphalt Sample Divider is designed to efficiently and accurately split large bulk samples, meeting Superpave specifications for quality control. Capable of handling asphalt and aggregate samples up to 120lb (54.4kg) or more, the Quartermaster ensures representative and consistent lab results with ease. Its proven performance significantly reduces bias in sample reduction.

The process is simple: load the bulk sample into the hopper, release the handle, and let the sample flow through the divider. The material is evenly distributed into four galvanized steel sample buckets. Built tough with a two-part steel construction, the Quartermaster withstands rugged field conditions while being easy to clean and portable for job site use. Routine cleanup is recommended to maintain optimal performance and prevent material buildup on the splitting surfaces.

The set includes four bucket liner sample bags, designed for easy collection and storage of divided specimens. Made from durable cotton fabric rated up to 400°F (204°C), the bags minimize sample loss and simplify bucket cleaning.
