Fast and Accurate Rebar Detection

The PM8000 Lite connects wirelessly via Bluetooth® to an Apple iPad (iPadOS 13 or later required) for intuitive visualizations, graphics, and report data, instantly uploadable to the cloud over Wi-Fi or cellular networks. Its integration with the Profometer app enables advanced displays such as area scan heat maps, AR visualizations, and detailed statistics — all rendered with millimeter-level accuracy. 

The sensor’s ultra-lightweight design allows smooth continuous rolling for area and linear scans when mounted on a wheeled cart. It also detaches easily for handheld spot readings, with results available on the built-in OLED display even without a connected tablet. 

Software Options & Licenses

Two software licenses are offered:

• Profometer Pro – Includes premium features such as automatic and manual rebar spacing, 1st and 2nd layer neighboring rebar correction, line scan, area scan, heat maps, and augmented reality (AR) visualization.
• Profometer Basic – Includes basic spot measurement, manual spacing, and neighboring rebar correction, plus logbook, export, and data sync features — all based on a subscription model. 

Both options include a five-year software subscription with the initial purchase.
