Instructions for use:
HOOK ATTACHES TO KNOB ON DIAMETER TAPE
To use tensioner, attach hook to knob of Pi Tape® measurement tape. Wrap tape around object to be measured. Use tensioner as an extension of the knob; apply force by pulling the multi-purpose handle. Check scale of tensioner while measuring until 5 pounds tension is achieved. Tension Scale accuracy: ± .25 of a pound
