Peri-Form Bullnose Adapter (Domino Form)
The Peri-Form bullnose adapter will allow Deslauriers’ standard column forms to be used with Peri’s Domino panel wall forms and DRS Alignment Coupler.
The Peri-Adapter is designed to draw Deslauriers round column forms flush with the inside of the Domino panel after securing the DRS Alignment Coupler .
The Peri-Adapter fits between the legs of the DRS coupler which captures the Peri-Adapter preventing it from sliding during installation.
