The LVDT Calibrator w/ Digital Micrometer is a precision fixture fitted with a digital micrometer to verify performance of the linear variable differential transducer (LVDT) used in the Concrete Coefficient of Thermal Expansion Test System. Calibration is required in AASHTO T 336-15 to determine linearity and repeatability of the LVDT and should be done every six months, or sooner if CTE results are not consistent. Digital micrometer allows for clear and visible reading.
