• Advanced HEPA Filtration: The ISO Class 4 (US Class 10) HEPA filter guarantees maximum protection against cross-contamination. It efficiently removes 99.99% of particulates 0.3 μm and larger, ensuring a sterile workspace. The filter is leak-tight and meets US Federal Standard 209E. (Note: The average lifespan of the HEPA filter is approximately three years, depending on laboratory conditions).
• Automated Airflow Control: A sophisticated digital airflow rate sensor (microprocessor) automatically adjusts the airflow speed, maintaining a constant velocity. This not only ensures consistent performance but also extends the life of the HEPA filter.

Convenience and Smart Features

This clean bench incorporates several intelligent features designed to streamline your workflow and enhance user convenience.

• Interlocking Smart Door System: This patented safety feature (registration 10-1451382) automatically manages lighting and sterilization. When the sash door is opened during a UV sterilization cycle, the UV lamp turns off, and the fluorescent lamp and blower activate to protect the user from UV exposure.
• Dual Digital Displays: Two displays (one internal, one external) provide constant monitoring of critical conditions like velocity, temperature, and humidity, allowing for easy checks without disturbing ongoing work.
• Filter Condition Monitoring: A digital differential pressure sensor makes it easy to verify the HEPA filter's condition, providing a clear indication of when a replacement is necessary.
• UV Lamp Maintenance Alert: The system monitors UV light intensity. If it drops below 80% of its optimal level, a warning lamp automatically activates to signal that it's time to replace the UV lamp.
• Easy Maintenance: The cartridge-type filters are easily accessible from the front for simple replacement. The work surface is made of highly durable, rust-free, and easy-to-clean grade 304 stainless steel.
• Additional Features: A magnetic board on the inner left side is perfect for holding memos and small tools, and a digital timer (up to 59 mins, 59 secs) allows for precise control of UV sterilization cycles.

• Sash Height Alarm: An alarm will activate if the sash is opened beyond the recommended height during operation, preventing potential contamination of samples.
• Automatic UV Cut-off: For user protection, the UV lamp automatically turns off if the sash is opened during a sterilization cycle.
• Secure & Flexible Front Door: The smoothly sliding front door can be stopped at any height, ensuring user safety and allowing for easy transport of equipment into the workspace.
• Electrical Safety: The unit includes built-in protection against over-current.
