6in Compaction Permeameter

4in and 6in Compaction Permeameters are designed to measure constant or falling-head permeability in compacted or remolded soils. They are compatible with 4in (102mm) or 6in (152mm) Soil Compaction (Proctor) Mold Sets and Components. Built for durability, these permeameters feature rugged, wear-resistant construction for long-lasting performance.

The anodized aluminum upper and lower plates are equipped with inlet/outlet connectors and valves to regulate water flow through the compacted soil sample. The upper plate also includes an overflow valve for air bleeding during tests. Each unit comes with two porous stones, tubing, and an O-ring. Note: A Single-Tube Manometer is required for soil permeability testing and is sold separately.
