DDG-0.1 Industrial Conductivity Electrode for Water Treatment Applications

The Industrial Conductivity Electrode series is expertly designed for precise conductivity measurements in demanding environments, including pure water, ultra-pure water, general water treatment, and thermal power plant applications.

Robust and Reliable Construction These electrodes are built for durability and accuracy. They feature a robust double-cylinder structure crafted from titanium alloy. This material naturally oxidizes to create a chemically passive layer, providing exceptional resistance to corrosion from a wide range of liquids (excluding hydrofluoric acid). The electrode boasts a compressive strength of 0.6 MPa, ensuring reliable performance under pressure.

Advanced Temperature Compensation Accurate conductivity measurement depends on precise temperature compensation. To accommodate diverse system requirements, these electrodes offer a wide selection of temperature compensation components, including NTC (2.252K, 2K, 10K, 20K, 30K) and RTD (PT100, PT1000) sensors. The specific component can be selected based on your unique operational needs.

High-Performance Models for Harsh Conditions For specialized applications requiring resistance to highly corrosive substances, the K=10.0 and K=30 electrode models are available. These versions incorporate a large-area platinum structure that provides superior resistance to strong acids and alkalis. This design also delivers a high anti-fouling capacity, making them ideal for challenging on-line conductivity measurement in industries like wastewater treatment and seawater purification.

Key Features:

  • Durable Materials: Features a double-cylinder structure made from corrosion-resistant titanium alloy (or 316L Stainless Steel options available).
  • Chemically Passive Surface: The naturally oxidized surface enhances durability and resistance to chemical ingress.
  • Versatile Temperature Compensation: Multiple options available (NTC2.252K, 2K, 10K, 20K, 30K, PT100, PT1000) for seamless integration.
  • Specialized Models: K=10.0 and K=30 models utilize a large-area platinum structure for resistance to strong acids and alkalis.
  • Anti-Fouling Capacity: Designed to resist fouling, ensuring consistent accuracy in demanding industrial processes like wastewater and seawater analysis.
