The Standard Heat Gun Dryer is a versatile, industrial-duty tool perfect for drying soil and aggregate samples in laboratory or field settings. Its robust design ensures reliable performance and longevity, making it an essential piece of equipment for materials testing.

Engineered for flexibility, this heat gun can be used as a handheld device for targeted drying or mounted on its nonslip, removable base for stable benchtop operation. The housing is constructed from sturdy die-cast aluminum, protecting the reinforced, mica-insulated ceramic heating elements within.

The 1.19in (30mm) diameter heat nozzle is designed for precision and can be rotated and locked into position over a 90° arc, allowing you to direct airflow exactly where it's needed. The unit delivers a powerful maximum air volume of 23cfm (651L/min) at a velocity of 3,000ft/min (914m/min). An adjustable air intake shutter gives the operator precise control over the air temperature, ensuring samples are dried efficiently without being damaged.

This Standard Dryer model produces a controlled temperature range from 200° to 300°F (93° to 149°C). It operates with a 600-watt output and draws 5 amps. For safety and compliance, the 120V model is UL listed and CSA approved and comes with a three-wire grounded cord.
