The Hanna Instruments HI8931AN EC Analog Controller with input from a probe or transmitter is the perfect solution for simple and accurate conductivity measurements in a wide range of industrial process applications. Designed to be easy to operate, this panel-mounted conductivity meter is available in four models with different measurement ranges.
With temperature compensation, the HI8931AN ensures fast and accurate readings even during sudden temperature fluctuations. The backlit, LCD display makes it easy to view readings, and the device offers a high level of accuracy with a typical EMC deviation of ±2.5% of full scale and ±0.4 mA.
Calibration is simple and straightforward with a manual, two-point process through offset and slope trimmers. The recorder output offers 4 to 20 mA of isolation, while the setpoint relay is isolated, 2A, and provides a maximum of 240V resistive. The device requires a 115 or 230 Vac ±10% power supply, which is user-selectable.
The HI8931AN comes with a HI7635 probe for in-line applications or a HI7638 for tank use (not included). The enclosure and case are made from DIN 43 700 and 144x72 mm (5.7x2.8") black anodized aluminum, with a front and back made from shock-proof ABS plastic and a transparent cover. The dimensions of the device are 141 x 69 mm (5.6 x 2.7"), and it weighs in at a total of 1 kg (2.2 lb).
Whether it's for water treatment, chemical manufacturing, food production, or any industrial process requiring accurate and reliable conductivity measurements, the Hanna Instruments HI8931AN EC Analog Controller provides a dependable solution for any business.
