Its counter-balanced drive assembly, with internal rotating counterweights, ensures vertical screening action while minimizing vibration and noise. Fully Enclosed Design for Safety & Dust Control

The fully enclosed design enhances operator safety by confining harmful airborne particles, such as respirable quartz, silica, or crystalline particles, within the unit. Digital Control with Precision Timing

An integrated electronic digital controller allows for precise test cycle programming. The controller features an LED display to monitor the remaining time and emits an audible tone at the end of a test. Test cycles can be programmed for up to 99 minutes and 59 seconds and can be interrupted without losing progress, providing flexibility and repeatability in testing.

Hydraulic Clamping System for Screen Trays

An ergonomic foot pedal operates the hydraulic clamping system, making it effortless to secure or release the screen trays. Trays are made with either ASTM E11 or ISO 565 specification cloth, or ASTM E323/D4749 punched steel plate. The replaceable screen cloth ensures long tray life and cost-effective maintenance.
