Advanced Grinding Mechanism: Material is efficiently reduced through a powerful combination of impact against the rotor's ribs and shearing action between the rotor teeth and the sieve ring. This dynamic process ensures homogeneous grinding results, critical for accurate downstream analysis.

Unmatched Motor Performance & Control: At its heart, a robust, maintenance-free 3-phase motor provides variable speed settings from 6,000 to 20,000rpm, adjustable in precise 1,000rpm increments. Equipped with a state-of-the-art frequency converter, the mill intelligently matches motor output to the specific grinding material. This ensures optimal power delivery, leading to faster sample feeding, significantly higher throughput, and — crucially — a constant rotational speed for reproducible results.

Intelligent Cooling System for Sample Integrity: An innovative air routing system continuously cools the rotor, all motor components, and the grinding material itself within the collecting vessel. Simultaneously, a dedicated fan draws filtered cooling air into the mill via a particle filter. This intelligent cooling prevents thermal degradation of temperature-sensitive samples, preserves volatile components, and extends the lifespan of the motor, ensuring consistent performance even during prolonged operation.

Versatile & Durable Grinding Elements: Constructed from highly durable, low-wear stainless steel, the interchangeable rotors and sieve rings are suitable for a multitude of applications. The 8-Rib Rotor is designed for the fast milling of fibrous substances. For feed particle sizes under 10mm, the 12-Rib Rotor provides excellent performance. The 24-Rib Rotor is recommended for fine materials with feed particle sizes smaller than 5mm, ensuring exceptional fineness.

Sieve rings are available with trapezoidal, square, or round perforations to perfectly match your sample requirements:

  • Trapezoidal perforations are ideal for medium-hard to soft samples, providing additional shearing effects.
  • Square and round perforations are best suited for brittle materials, delivering medium fineness. Square perforations offer larger throughput and minimize sample residue, while round perforations are perfect for achieving a narrow and uniform particle size distribution. All grinding parts are designed for tool-free exchange, streamlining workflow and minimizing downtime.
