Four-Wheel Corrosion Electrode for Proceq Profometer Corrosion Meter
The Four-Wheel Corrosion Electrode is used with the Profometer Corrosion Meter for efficient measurement of active corrosion in steel-reinforced concrete. A Wheel (four or single) or Rod Corrosion Electrode is required for testing with the CT-170 Corrosion Meter. The four-wheel electrode comes with a carrying case that contains 5.6ft (1.7m) telescopic rod, encoder, cables, spare parts, tool kit, and 250g each of copper sulphate and citric acid. This model performs faster than the rod or single-wheel models, and is recommended when measuring large horizontal surfaces.
Features:
- Copper/Copper Sulphate half-cell electrode
- Significantly faster measurements of larger areas
Accessories:
- Rod Corrosion Electrode required for use in identifying active corrosion
- Single-Wheel Corrosion Electrode offers higher accuracy than standard Rod Corrosion Electrode in determining where active corrosion begins
- Four-Wheel Corrosion Electrode is speedy and accurate, designed to continuously measure electrical potential when detecting hot spots
- Conversion Kit to Cover Meter with universal probe easily converts CT-170 to a CT-160 Profometer Cover Meter
Meets Test Methods:
ASTM C 876
BS 1881
