The Manual Flow Table is expertly designed for determining the consistency (flow) of mortars and for preparing specimens of standard consistency for testing purposes. While it delivers highly reliable and repeatable results, it is particularly recommended for mobile laboratories or applications where strict adherence to standards is not the primary requirement.

The unit features a robust, 10-inch (254mm) diameter cast bronze table that is rigidly supported by a heavy-duty cast iron frame. During operation, a hand crank raises the table and shaft 0.5 inches (12.7mm), allowing it to drop and consistently compact the mortar sample within the flow mold. This ensures uniform results with every test.

The base is designed to be securely mounted to a concrete pedestal (not included) for optimal stability during use. The package includes a cast bronze flow mold with a collar, featuring a top internal diameter of 2.75 inches (70mm) and a bottom internal diameter of 4 inches (102mm).
