Problem areas are quickly uncovered, and accurate surface temperatures and images are recorded to the internal memory or downloaded to a PC via a USB connection. Simple, intuitive operation requires no special training. The measurement field is framed by dual-laser pointers and has a 24:1 spot ratio for accurate measurements at a safe distance.
The 2.4in (61mm) display has 80x60 (4,800) pixel image resolution and gray-scale or hot iron color palettes. The field of view is 51x66°, and the temperature range is -13–572°F (-25–300°C). The rechargeable battery lasts up to 5 hours with continuous use and has an adjustable auto power-off feature. Internal memory stores up to 50,000 images with a 4GB capacity.
