This model has a microprocessor digital proportioning controller and open-coil heater elements, 5 year warranty. High-limit controls are standard. Double-wall construction with glass fiber insulation and silicone door gaskets to minimize heat loss. Exterior surface is scratch resistant baked enamel. The Deluxe Forced Air Convection Oven has better thermal uniformity and forced-air convection with adjustable damper. It also has the Despatch Protocol Plus™ microprocessor controller system. This controller has self-diagnostic and calibrating capabilities, two levels of password security to protect program parameters and a recovery system for controlled responses to power failures. Oven can be set to a single setpoint temperature, timed cycles or up to 8 programmable ramp and soak profiles. Large LED temperature display and 32-character LCD display of oven status and setpoints are easy to read and simplify programming of time and temperature parameters. Accuracy after calibration is ±1°C at 25°C. Oven uniformity is ±1° at 100°C. Timer is built into the Protocol Plus™ controller on this model.
