Our expanded LAC lab oven line has a new cubic foot capacity model that optimizes lab space and enhances processing capabilities. This model can handle flammable solvents and moisture removal. You’ll find a microprocessor digital temperature controller and open-coil heater elements in this oven, backed by a five-year warranty. High-limit controls come standard. Double-wall construction with glass fibre insulation and silicone door gaskets cuts down on heat loss. The exterior is scratch-resistant baked enamel, while the interior is stainless steel. That’s robust and reliable for demanding applications like testing asphalt paving materials or electronics.

Shelves are moveable on 2-inch centres. Two shelves come with the oven. You control temperature with a single setpoint digital proportioning controller and a rocker switch for power and heat treating. There’s a relief panel purge timer to manage pressure relief and moisture removal. The maximum chamber temperature uniformity is 400°F (204°C). There are two chamber doors. Forced air circulation from a top-mounted fan and side plenums gives you fast and even heat distribution. That allows for a higher density of workload. You get ±3° at 150°C temperature uniformity. The standard range is 99.9 hours; you can change that in the field to 999, 9.99 or .999 hours or minutes.
