Density Sand for sand cone density testing is clean, uniform, free-flowing, and uncemented. It meets ASTM D1556 and AASHTO T 191 standards. Few particles pass through the No.200 (75μm) sieve or are retained on the No.10 (2.00mm) sieve. It has a uniformity coefficient below 2.0, with less than 3% passing the No.60 (250µm) sieve. Bulk density variation is less than 1%. Supplied in a 50lb (22.7kg) bag.
