• Compressive Strength: 4,000 psi (27.6 MPa) at 28 days.

• Flexural Strength: 800 psi (5.5 MPa) at 28 days, for bending and cracking resistance.

• Slump: 2-4 inches (5-10 cm) for easy application and workability.

• Air Entrainment: 4-6% for durability and freeze-thaw resistance.

• Freeze-Thaw Resistance: 300 cycles for extreme temperature environments.

• Chemical Resistance: De-icing salts and other chemicals used in highway maintenance, for long life.

Concrete Repair Instructions

To use:

1. Preparation: Clean surface and remove debris. Dampen surface for bonding.

2. Mixing: Mix mortar with water as per instructions on the bag. Mix to a consistent texture.

3. Adding Rock for Large Applications: For large applications add rock to the mix. This will extend the material for thicker applications and more performance and versatility of the concrete repair mix.

4. Application: Apply to prepared surface with trowel. Even out and smooth for a finished surface.

5. Curing: Let the mortar set quickly, for minimal down time before the area can be used again.
