- Secure Clamping: Our Core Clamp firmly holds 4-inch or 6-inch diameter asphalt cores, providing stability during the trimming process. This eliminates the need for manual holding, significantly improving operator safety.
- Integrated Sprayer System: The included 1-liter, one-hand pressure sprayer allows for a continuous flow of water onto the saw blade. This acts as a vital coolant and lubricant, reducing dust, minimizing friction, and ensuring a clean, smooth cut every time.
- Versatile Sizing: We offer models to accommodate the two most common core sizes in the industry. The 6-inch model (CE-2600) is also compatible with our range of Core-Clamp inserts for added versatility (sold separately).
- Easy Integration: Designed for seamless use with a conveyor cart (Model CE-4061), this clamp becomes part of an efficient, assembly-line style workflow. All models come with the necessary mounting hardware for quick and easy setup.
