The Gilson Digital Field Scale is a portable and durable solution for weighing soil, concrete, and asphalt in the field. With a sturdy 11.8x11.8x2in (300x300x51mm) steel base, stainless steel platform, and a capacity range of 6 to 200kg (13 to 440lb), it ensures fast and accurate weight measurements. Its hold function locks readings on the LCD display, while selectable weighing units (kg, lb, oz, lb:oz) provide flexibility for various applications.
The scale meets ASTM C29, C138 and AASHTO T19, T121 standards, making it ideal for field unit weights and yield tests. It operates on six AA batteries or an AC adapter, and its compact design includes a foam-fitted aluminum carrying case for easy transport. The Gilson Digital Field Scale also has an optional RS-232 port for data acquisition.
