AMETEK Brookfield Viscosity Standards offer an accuracy of ±1% of the stated viscosity, with certification traceable to the United States National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Typically, selecting one or two fluids is enough to verify your instrument's calibration. CAP Oil Fluids are available in 150 mL (4 oz) containers and are specifically designed for use with CAP Instruments.
When selecting fluids, consider the following:
- Identify the viscometer type: High Torque or Low Torque.
