The BinMaster BMRX-200 rotary level indicator is a reliable solution for managing solids and powders, designed to prevent overfills, dry runs, and process interruptions. Equipped with an onboard PCB and DPDT relays, it offers two configurable switching outputs, allowing seamless monitoring for covered and uncovered conditions.
Engineered for safety, the BMRX-200 features fail-safe relay outputs. During a power failure, the relays default to a pre-determined “safe” state, ensuring dependable operation for both high-level and low-level applications.
The BMRX-200 includes a user-friendly power pac with a screw-off cover, dual 3/4" NPT conduit entries, and a durable FDA-approved powder coat finish. Its rotatable enclosure makes installation hassle-free, enabling conduit entries to always face downward, reducing the risk of moisture damage. Additionally, updated wire guides prevent wires from snagging during installation.
Ideal for bulk materials in bins and silos, the BMRX-200 detects full and empty vessel conditions, minimizing waste and saving time. It accommodates materials with a bulk density ranging from 2 lb. to over 100 lb./cu. ft. and is built for standard storage and processing environments.
Optional mounting plates, couplers, and paddles are available separately. The BMRX series also offers various configurations with 1-1/4" and 1-1/2" aluminum or stainless-steel process connections. BinMaster provides rotary level indicators for both non-hazardous locations and environments requiring CSA C/US and IECEx/ATEX certifications.
