These versatile sensors are available in capacities from 500 to 20,000lbf (2.2 to 89kN) and include a four-wire cable for outputting voltage signals compatible with two-channel or four-channel data readout systems (sold separately). They feature threaded mounting holes on the top and bottom for secure installation.

• Compression Tests: Mount the load cell between the load frame and testing apparatus, such as in unconfined compression or CBR/LBR tests.
• Direct-Shear Tests: Use the load cell between the shear box and a fixed point on the loading frame to measure both compression and tension.
• Other Applications: For tests like triaxial shear, Marshall stability, indirect tensile, Lottman, or SCB, ensure uniform contact between the load cell and testing fixtures.
