The 4 x 8in (102 x 203mm) Concrete Cylinder Molds are climate resistant and have an unlimited shelf life and meet the following standards for concrete testing: AASHTO T23, AASHTO T22, AASHTO T198, AASHTO T126.
Our most popular 4x8 Concrete Cylinders comes in either 36 per case or 96 per case and can be purchased in either gray or yellow. All of our reusable plastic concrete cylinder molds are made from a single-piece injected reusable plastic mold for a consistent shape and dimensional integrity. These cylinder molds are weather resistant and have no expiration. We also offer the 2x4 reusable plastic concrete cylinder molds, 3x6 reusable plastic concrete cylinder molds, and the 6 x 12 plastic concrete cylinder molds. Not only do we offer reusable plastic concrete test cylinders, but we also carry quality graduated tamping rods and domed lid for 6 x 12 concrete test cylinders are sold separately.
Our plastic cylinder molds are not sold individually; the reusable plastic cylinder molds are sold per case.
Tamping Rods for Slump Cone Test are sold individually and purchased separately. The rods for concrete testing have hemispherical tips and are for use when consolidating concrete cylinder molds in required tests that include slump, air content, and additional strength
Concrete Strike-Off Bar is sold separately and is used to remove excess material from the 6 x 12 or the 4 x 8 plastic concrete cylinder
Screw-driver Style Concrete Cylinder Stripping Tool and T-Handle Stripping Tool are sold separately and allow quicker, easier stripping of the 6 x 12 concrete cylinder molds
Rubber Mallet is sold separately and has a 2.25in hard rubber face for removing the cured concrete specimen in the plastic concrete cylinder molds and from the 4 x 8 plastic cylinder and the 6 x 12 plastic cylinder mold and is also used consolidating concrete in unit weight measures
