The 1/16 Sample Reducer is engineered to efficiently process large bulk samples, precisely reducing them to a 1/16 representative size. This makes it an indispensable tool for laboratories and field operations requiring accurate sub-sampling of various materials.

Material samples are introduced into the integrated hopper, where the reduction process occurs during operation, ensuring a consistent and unbiased sample every time.

• Adjustable Flow Table: Features a robust cast aluminum flow table, designed for versatility. It can be easily adjusted to either a 45° or 60° angle by simply repositioning the mounting bolts, allowing for optimal material flow characteristics depending on the sample type.
• Controlled Material Flow: The generously sized 0.25ft³ (7.1L) hopper is equipped with a sliding gate. This gate can be locked open for continuous feeding or precisely adjusted to achieve the ideal material flow rate, accommodating a wide range of granular or powdered substances.
• Height Adjustable Legs: Its vertical, removable legs offer 10in (254mm) of vertical adjustment. This flexibility allows for easy integration into various laboratory setups or for accommodating different collection vessel heights.
• Durable Construction: Built predominantly from high-quality, durable aluminum, this unit is designed for longevity and withstands the rigors of frequent use in demanding environments. Aluminum construction also ensures resistance to corrosion and is lightweight for easier transport.
