Polyester is highly durable, offering excellent resistance to abrasion, acids, and most alkalis with a pH of up to 9-10. It also maintains strong wet stability, making it ideal for various applications. For mesh sizes No. 100 to No. 230 (150 to 63µm), the circular resilient material is not required.

The 10-inch, No. 170 (90µm) Polyester Square is specifically designed for use with non-metallic or brass two-part frames. Its embedded tough, resilient material acts as a sealing gasket, ensuring a reliable fit. While the opening sizes align with ASTM E11 standards, they may not meet specific tolerance requirements.

Please note: Polyester and Nylon mesh sizes ranging from No. 100 to No. 230 (150 to 63µm) do not require or come with circular resilient material.
