100mm Diameter Shear Box

Shear Boxes are essential for testing the direct and residual shear strength of soil specimens, compatible with Karol-Warner Dead-Weight and Pneumatic Direct/Residual Shear Machines. These horizontally divided boxes are available in both inch and metric sizes, with round or square options, and are made from durable anodized aluminum with a Teflon® finish for corrosion resistance. Each Shear Box includes two Porous Stones for testing.

100mm (3.94in) Shear Box

The 100mm round Shear Box is designed for direct and residual shear strength testing with Karol-Warner Dead-Weight Direct or Pneumatic Direct/Residual Shear Machines. Its horizontal division allows for the application of opposing shear forces to the soil specimen. Constructed from anodized aluminum with a Teflon® finish, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance. The box is supplied with a top and bottom Porous Stone and a Loading Ball for testing needs.
