The 1:30 PTFE-Coated Aluminum Dividing Head is an essential component for the Fritsch Rotary Cone Sample Divider, designed for the precise and representative division of samples into chemically and physically identical subsamples.

This specific head offers a division ratio of 1:30, dividing a single sample into three identical subsamples. Its robust construction features a PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) coating over an aluminum base, making it exceptionally resistant to corrosion and suitable for use with especially aggressive solids, abrasive materials, and chemical suspensions where sample integrity is paramount. This coating also ensures easy cleaning and prevents cross-contamination between samples.

Achieving a division accuracy of up to 99.9%, this head is capable of performing both dry and wet division, providing flexibility for various laboratory applications, including food-safe materials.

Included with the 1:30 Dividing Head are three 15mL sample bottles, a standard 10mm diameter funnel, and an additional 5mm funnel for use with finer materials. The head itself is easily removable for straightforward cleaning and maintenance.
