The 1:10 Dividing Head is a crucial component for the Fritsch Rotary Cone Sample Divider, designed for precisely separating material into ten chemically and physically identical subsamples. This model is constructed from durable Polyoxymethylene (POM) plastic, making it ideal for a wide range of standard laboratory applications and essential for metal-free sampling processes.
Dividing Heads are available in various configurations to meet diverse testing needs, including division ratios of 1:8, 1:10, and 1:30, and are offered in materials like POM plastic or aluminum. While POM plastic is suited for most routine work, aluminum heads are recommended for use with materials and suspensions that have abrasive properties. For particularly aggressive solids and suspensions, a PTFE-coated aluminum Dividing Head with a 1:30 ratio is also available.
This 1:10 Dividing Head comes complete with ten 250mL sample collection bottles and a 10mm diameter funnel, providing everything needed for immediate operation.
Additional Sample Bottles and Funnels can be purchased separately to accommodate different testing volumes or to replace components.
