Load Rings, also known as proving rings, are precision instruments made from high-strength aluminum alloy, designed for accurate force measurement through repeatable elastic deformation. These rings measure loads with ±0.5% accuracy using a mechanical dial indicator with 0.0001in resolution. Each unit includes a calibration chart to easily convert ring deformation into precise force values.

Available in eight capacities ranging from 250 to 10,000lbf, Load Rings feature a 1/2inx20tpi mounting hole, ensuring compatibility with Gilson and other manufacturers' load frames and direct shear units.
