Each box has 50 Zip Strips so it’s perfect for bigger projects. Once the pull top is removed you can install into your fresh areas. The end result is a clean, neat, early crack that will prevent random cracks in your finished areas.

ZipStrip is a control joint system for concrete flatwork, it creates a straight vertical line of weakness in the slab. In construction a form is used as a temporary structure or mold to shape poured concrete and create joints or keyways. Zip Strip can be used in place of or along with traditional forms to ensure proper joint placement and crack control. This product is inserted when it’s still wet, usually after screeding and tamping, and the top section of the ZipStrip is removed after installation to leave a vertical line, creating a controlled weakness in the slab’s surface. By creating a crack ZipStrip reduces the need for expensive repairs and is a more economical alternative to traditional jointing methods. Zip Strip is installed after it is poured, so the joint is placed at the optimal time for crack control.
