The Wet/Dry Sieve Vibrator is an economical, motorized screening solution designed for efficient separation of wet or dry materials. This compact unit accommodates one or two 8in full-height sieves, making it ideal for laboratory and small-scale production environments.

Design and Operation

The electric sieve vibrator is built for durability and cost-effective operation. For wet samples, the unit can be positioned over a sink without a pan. For dry sieving, a bucket or pan is used to collect undersize material, or an extended pan may be installed for single-sieve applications.

Tool-free disassembly allows quick cleaning and fast product changeovers, improving efficiency and reducing downtime. Contact parts are easy to access and clean, supporting hygienic operation in regulated environments.

The vibratory motion is generated by integrated motors that provide controlled horizontal movement, ensuring effective particle separation while minimizing operator exposure to airborne dust.

How Vibratory Screening Works

Vibratory screening separates materials by size and shape using controlled vibration. As material moves across the sieve surface, smaller particles pass through the mesh while larger particles remain on top.

The Vibratory Sieve Shaker design allows precise control over screening performance, making it effective for fine powders, granules, and even certain liquid-solid mixtures.
