Vacuum Filtering Flask, 1000ml Capacity

The United Scientific FHFL1000 Vacuum Filtering Flask is an essential tool for those conducting bacteriological analysis of water. This product is specifically designed for use with 47mm sterile membrane filters, as well as for analyzing suspended solids in water using 47mm depth filters. With a 1000ml capacity, this flask is perfect for large-scale testing.

The complete set includes a borosilicate glass funnel and base, an anodized aluminum spring clamp, and a perforated silicone stopper. Every component of this product is constructed with top-of-the-line materials, including coarse-frit glass filter support and silicone stopper, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.

In addition to being available as a complete set, all parts of the United Scientific FHFL1000 Vacuum Filtering Flask are also available separately. This makes it easy to replace individual components as needed, reducing the need to purchase an entirely new flask.

With a filter diameter of 47mm and filtration area of 9.6cm2, this product has a capacity of 300ml for the funnel and a prefilter diameter that ranges from 35mm to 47mm depending on the type of filter used. The outlet fitting is 6mm (1/4") O.D. tubulated cap sidearm to vacuum, and the flask has a height of 22.9cm and diameter of 7.6cm. It can be sterilized via 30 UV sterilization or autoclaving without the filter in place.
