Triaxial Test Cells are designed for precision and durability, accommodating specimens up to 4 inches in diameter. Built with high-quality brass or stainless steel valves and fittings, these test cells provide reliable performance in conjunction with the Master Control Panel, Auxiliary Control Panel, or other triaxial testing systems.

The test cell features a machined aluminum base capable of handling heavy loads, while the chamber is constructed with a durable, thick clear acrylic wall, measuring 5.0in x 12.125in (127mm x 308mm). A precision-ground, polished stainless steel load piston is fitted with internally lubricated and sealed U-cup and nylon sleeve bearings, ensuring smooth operation with minimal friction. Each cell includes zero-volume change ball valves and supports a maximum operating pressure of 150psi (10.3 bar).

Triaxial Test Cell components are corrosion-resistant and designed to withstand exposure to harsh fluids.

A size-specific Test Cell Kit is required for testing specimens between 1.4in to 4in and must be purchased separately. These kits include essential components tailored to specimen size: an anodized aluminum cap and pedestal, two porous stones, two latex membranes, and four O-rings. Additional accessories, such as the Digital Pore Pressure Gauge with Transducer, are also available for purchase.
