Key Functionality:

The core of this device is its dual-alarm system. It features distinct audible alarms for both time and temperature, eliminating any confusion during busy periods.

• Temperature Alarm: Set your desired temperature anywhere within the wide range of 32 to 392°F (0 to 200°C). If the probe detects a temperature that rises above or falls below your set point, a continuous 5-minute alarm will sound, providing an immediate alert to prevent overheating or overcooling. The alarm can be set in precise 1° increments.
• Timer Alarm: The 24-hour timer can be set in 1-minute increments. Once the countdown reaches zero, a one-minute alarm sounds, and the display flashes for a clear visual cue. The timer then automatically begins to count up, showing how much time has elapsed since the alarm. For repetitive tests, a convenient memory function recalls the last set time, saving you setup time.

Design and Usability:

Engineered for convenience, the unit features a large, 1.5 x 2-inch LCD screen that simultaneously displays the probe temperature, the alarm temperature setting, and the time remaining. The innovative folding display can be adjusted to multiple viewing angles for easy reading from any position. For flexible placement, strong magnets on the back of the housing allow for secure vertical mounting on any metal surface, such as an oven door, fume hood, or refrigerator.
