HMA-629 Specimen Cooling Door cools asphalt specimens in the chambers of HM-685S Superpave Gyratory Compactor w/Shear Measurement before extrusion, reducing the amount of time for asphalt mixtures containing rubber to cool. The door assembly is equipped with a built-in fan with wiring, and is easily installed using basic tools. The cooling door replaces the clear chamber door initially installed in the HM-685S unit, and also comes with a power supply assembly, USB flash drive with software, all necessary hardware, and installation instructions.
