Soil Dispersion Mixer
The Soil Dispersion Mixer for hydrometer analysis of soils provides thorough mixing of soil samples using a special mixing blade and a baffled dispersion cup. Powerful 1/3hp motor has selectable 13,000/16,000/18,000rpm speeds plus a manual pulse switch. The heavy die-cast aluminum housing and durable spindle are built to last under repeated use. The Dispersion Mixer set includes a stainless steel Dispersion Cup with four sets of internal baffles as specified in the test methods. The cup is 7in (178mm) high, with a 4in (102mm) top Dia. and 2.5in (64mm) bottom Dia. Additional Dispersion Cups are available separately to enhance sample preparation efficiency.
