This riser pan provides a built in 59 lb. concrete plug for additional safety. This built in safety plug will act as a secondary layer of protection if the riser cover is unknowingly damaged, removed, or not put back on. It accepts additional 24'' Polylok risers to bring to grade.

• Allows tank, riser, and tank lid to be poured together 
• Accepts additional 24'' Risers to bring to grade for servicing 
• Pan has key-way for positive concrete lid positioning 
• Pan is held in perfect alignment on the inner core of mold with four mold fastening nails for fast installation 
• Patented ring to guarantee watertight and airtight seal between concrete tank and riser 
• Fits anywhere in the Riser stack 
• Can be used as a 3" Riser 
• Accepts Polylok covers (part numbers 3008-RC, 3008-HD & 3008-WEST)
