BinMaster 225-0005, RHT or FHT Replacement Diaphragm, 0.031in Grey Silicone
Replacement diaphragm for RHT and FHT model diaphragm switches, .031” thick grey silicone. Silicone offers the best long term resistance to environmental extremes. The chemical, electrical, and mechanical properties of silicone remains virtually unchanged in temperatures from -40°F to 350°F. Good for materials with bulk density ranging from 15 to 60 lb./cu. ft.

The BM 45 series diaphragm switch is a standard diaphragm switch that does not have explosion-proof certification and is not intended for use in hazardous environments where there is a risk of combustible dust.
The BM 65 series plugged chute detector is a diaphragm switch specifically designed to alert when a chute becomes clogged with material. It offers UL Class II, Groups E, F & G explosion-proof certification and can be used in environments where there is a risk of combustible dust.
BinMaster diaphragm switches offer both internal and external mounting options. Internal mounting does not require a hole be cut in the side of the bin, but does require entering the bin for installation. External mounting requires a hole is cut in the side of the bin, but does not require entering the bin for installation.
To make it adaptable to a variety of materials, BinMaster offers the choice of a standard neoprene diaphragm, a heavy-duty neoprene diaphragm or a heavy-duty silicon diaphragm.
