Function Principle
Each vibratory shaker of the series AS 200 has an electromagnetic drive patented by RETSCH (EP 0642844). This drive produces a 3D throwing motion that moves the product to be sieved equally over the entire sieving surface.
The advantage: high stress capacity, very smooth operation and short sieving times with high separation efficiency, for precise classification and separation of materials by size.
Vibratory Sieve Shaker Design and Operation
The vibratory shaker separates particles of different sizes by 3D vibration. The device consists of a stack, a vibration mechanism and a control system. The stack is made of multiple test sieves with different mesh sizes stacked on top of each other. The vibration mechanism produces a vertical or 3D vibration that moves the particles up and down so they can pass through the sieves. The control system allows to adjust vibration intensity, frequency and time for optimal sieving.
