This allows the system to deliver high-resolution images of shallow targets while simultaneously achieving exceptional signal penetration, reaching a maximum depth of 33ft (10m). In typical soil conditions, users can expect reliable data from depths of approximately 12ft (3.7m). The GS8000 is sensitive enough to detect metallic objects as small as 0.4in (10mm) at a depth of 12in (305mm), ensuring no critical asset is missed. Users can upload scan data, reports, and insights directly to the cloud, enabling team members to access information from anywhere. For optimal performance, an iPad Pro (Wi-Fi + Cellular model with 1TB storage running the latest iPadOS) is recommended.

The Pro model unlocks a suite of powerful visualization tools. It generates detailed 2D cross-sections and stunning 3D color-enhanced depth slices, providing clear and interpretable views of the subsurface. By leveraging Apple's ARKit™, the system can overlay these findings as augmented reality (AR) visuals onto the real-world environment through the iPad's camera, offering unparalleled context for locating and marking assets. The software supports multiple scan modes, including line scans, grid scans, and a unique Free Path mode, which creates a real-time heatmap at a user-defined depth as you scan the area.

Precision Geolocation and Data Tagging

An integrated multiband GNSS antenna provides precise geolocation by concurrently receiving signals from GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and BeiDou satellite constellations. When connected to the internet, State Space Representation (SSR) augmentation services can further refine this accuracy to an incredible 0.5–2 inches (1–5cm). Designed for all-day operation, the GS8000 is powered by eight hot-swappable, flight-safe NiMH C-type batteries. The system's collapsible pushcart is not only ergonomic but also adaptable, allowing the antenna to be switched between a ground-coupled position for maximum signal quality and an air-gap position with 1in (25.4mm) clearance for rougher surfaces. The system is capable of performing continuous straight-line scans up to 9.3 miles (15km) long or massive grid scans covering an area of 260x260ft (80x80m).

The Pro GPR package is a turnkey solution that includes the Pro pushcart with an integrated GPR sensor, a GNSS rover, carbon fiber pole, tripod, an iPad holder with a sunshade for clear viewing in bright conditions, a power supply unit, all necessary cables, a Wi-Fi module, off-road wheels, and a complete set of tools and accessories. Everything is protected in a rugged, hard-shell transport case. The package also includes a five-year renewable subscription to the Pro software, ensuring you always have access to the latest features and updates. An additional battery pack can be purchased separately for extended fieldwork.
