Prism Mold, 3 x 3 x 10in, Single for Cement Expansion Testing
Single Prism Mold, 3x3x10in (76x76x254mm) is designed to form 10in effective gauge length prism test bars. It is ideal for testing applications such as potential alkali reactivity, expansion, volume, length, and linear change. This mold is also compatible with a Length Comparator for measuring Portland cement paste, mortar, and concrete prism samples.
The mold features a base plate, removable partitions, and end plates made from corrosion-resistant steel, ensuring durability and accuracy. It provides a precise length of 10in (254mm) between the ends of Gauge Studs cast on the bar ends. The outer dimensions including Gauge Studs are 11.625in (296mm), with 3x3in (76x76mm) cross-sections for the specimens.
