Polyester is a durable material that resists abrasion, acids, and most alkalis with a pH range of up to 9-10, and it offers excellent wet stability. For mesh sizes No. 100 to No. 230 (150 to 63µm), the circular resilient material is not required.

The 10-inch No. 200 (75µm) Polyester Square is specifically crafted for nonmetallic or brass two-part frames. It includes a tough, embedded resilient material that acts as a sealing gasket. Opening sizes align with ASTM E11 standards, though they may not meet precise tolerance specifications.
