Powered by a robust 1/3 HP gear motor mounted on a welded steel base, the Motorized Disc Mill delivers consistent results. Its cast iron body is plated for durability and longevity. The mill can process up to 40lb (18.1kg) of material per hour depending on the type of sample being ground. The oil-filled gearbox includes a replaceable Safety Coupling to prevent damage due to overload, ensuring long-lasting use.

Flexible Grinding Options

This model is designed for both dry and wet grinding applications. It includes a Dry Grinding Feeder and Disc Set with tooth-type feed augers for dry materials and a fine-grinding disc set. Additional grinding accessories are available for enhanced flexibility, including:

• Wet Grinding Feeder and Disk Set: Ideal for wet or oily materials, this set includes a worm-type feeder and fine-grinding discs.
• Coarse Grinding Disk Set: Allows for higher throughput with coarser particles.

With quick interchangeability of feeders and grinding discs, this mill minimizes contamination and adapts easily to different material types. A Complete Grinding Head Assembly can also be purchased separately for extended functionality.
