Its adjustable speed range of 10–60rpm allows you to customize the rotation speed to match your specific material and testing requirements. The large, easy-to-use three-finger thumbscrew clamps secure the sample bottles at a fixed 45° angle, precisely meeting the specifications of ASTM D2013 for preparing coal samples for analysis. The clamps can also be adjusted to hold bottles at any other required angle.
Built for stability and durability, the sturdy steel frame is painted for corrosion resistance and features resilient rubber feet to prevent slipping during operation. For added safety and convenience, the unit includes a 6ft (1.8m) three-wire cord with an attached speed control module, allowing the operator to adjust settings at a safe distance from the rotating wheel.
