The Mercury-Filled Armored Thermometer, -35 to 50C, has divisions of 1 degree C with an immersion depth of 3in (76mm). This mercury-in-glass 12in (305mm) long thermometer is for general laboratory use and has etched black divisions against a yellow background. It is contained within a rugged nickel-plated brass case that protects against breakage and a potential clean-up of hazardous material. The case has a slotted front for ease of reading, and built-in suspension rings. This thermometer meets NIST requirements and tolerances.
